昆明市呈贡区194例老年男性居民膳食营养状况调查

         

摘要

[目的]通过调查云南省昆明市呈贡区老年男性居民摄入食物的种类和数量,了解当地居民的营养状况以及膳食习惯。[方法]选取云南省昆明市呈贡区50岁以上的部分老年男性居民,采用食物频率问卷(FFQ)进行调查。[结果]经统计分析,并与中国营养学会推荐的标准进行比较,云南昆明呈贡区老年男性居民的蛋白质、热能、VC 及Fe的摄入量偏高,膳食纤维、VB1、VB2和Ca的摄入量不足。饱和脂肪酸、单不饱和脂肪酸、多不饱和脂肪酸之比(S:M:P)为1:1.35:1.26,脂肪酸构成比例不平衡。[结论]当地居民应减少肉类的摄入量,增加乳制品等含钙丰富的食物摄入,适量增加谷类食物中粗粮以及果蔬的摄入量,合理膳食,提高健康水平。%objective To know the dietary nutriture and food habit of elderly male residents in Chenggong district of Kunming through investigating their food variety and quantity.Methods Chose some male residents above 50 years old. Investigated them by food frequency questionnaire (FFQ).Results Through statistical analysis, which combined with the standard what recommended by Chinese Nutrition Society. It showed that intake of the nutrients include protein、energy、VC and Fe were shortage. The ratio of saturated fatty acid, monouns saturated fatty acid and polyun saturated fatty acid was 1:1.35:1.26. The component ratio was unbalance. Conclusions Local residents should limit the total intake of meat, increase the intake of dairy products which include calcium, and reasonable increase the intake of coarse food grain, fruit and vegetable, so as to improve health level.
