柴油机二相深度净化装置的设计研究

     

摘要

To decrease main pollutants of exhaust gas such as NOx and particulate matter for diesel engine, a new type of two-phase depth automobile exhaust purification device was designed by method of combining solid and liquid two-phase purification treatment. Results show that in exterior characteristic experiments of 190 diesel engine, the emissions of particulate matter are decreased at all speeds and in free acceleration experiments the average value of exhaust smoke has decreased by 70. 4% .%为了降低柴油机车尾气的主要污染物Nox和颗粒,采用传统固态和液态二相净化处理相结合的方法,设计一种新型二相深度净化装置.结果表明,在190柴油机进行的外特性试验过程中,颗粒的整体排放均有下降;在自由加速试验中,烟度平均值降低了70.4%.
