烷氧基低聚硅油在有机硅密封胶中的应用

摘要

A comparison test was conducted between the sealant with low polymerization alkoxylate sili-cone oil and the products with dimethyl silicone oil.Results showed that the low polymerization alkoxylate sili-cone oil could improve the performance of surface gloss,and slow down the speed of the silicone oil transferred to the bonded substrate.In the preparation of silicone sealant, low polymerization alkoxylate silicone oil was 5%-10%,it could effectively improve the comprehensive proformance of the products.%将添加烷氧基低聚硅油的有机硅密封胶与添加常规二甲基硅油的产品进行了对比试验.结果表明,烷氧基低聚硅油可以提高产品的表面光泽度,同时减缓了硅油向被粘接基材迁移的速度,在制备有机硅密封胶时,单组分中烷氧基低聚硅油添加量(相对于107硅橡胶的质量)为5%~10%时,可以有效提高产品的综合性能.
