经济社会转型背景下大学生就业难的原因及对策

大学生就业难，既存在诸多客观原因，也有大擎生自身的主观原因。解决大学生就业难，需要政府、学校及大学生自身的共同努力。%With the development of economic society, the efforts to increase higher education have being strengthened further. As the number of graduates has increased in recent years, the employment condition is becoming serious. Employment is the basis of people＇ s livelihood and harmonious society. The difficulties for university students＇ employment has become one of the focuses of the social concern. This article analyzes current situation of university students＇ employment, then discusses reasons and put forward to some countermeasures.
