支气管哮喘患者诱导痰中白介素水平及与气道炎症的关系

         

摘要

目的 探讨支气管哮喘患者诱导痰中白介素17(IL-17)、白介素8(IL-8)的水平,并分析与气道炎症的关系.方法 分别选择轻度(轻度组)、中度(中度组)和重度(重度组)支气管哮喘急性发作期患者20例、18例和15例,正常对照组15例,采用酶联免疫吸附测定(EUSA)法检测诱导痰IL-17和IL-8浓度.结果 IL-17水平重度组与轻度组、中度组和正常对照组比较,有统计学意义(P<0.05).与正常对照组比较,IL-8在重度组显著升高,在轻度和中度组亦有升高趋势,相互比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 IL-17及IL-8可能参与气道炎症的形成.%Objective Induced sputum of asthmatic patients the level of interleukin 17,8, and analysis of the relationship between airway- inflammation. Methods We selected mild ( mild group), moderate ( moderate group) and severe ( severe group) 20 patients with persistent asthma, 18 cases and 15 cases, 15 normal controls, using enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA) detected by sputum IL-17 and IL-8 concentration. Results Mild, moderate and severe asthma, induced sputum eosinophile ratio compared with the control group were statistically significant differences (P < 0. 05 ); However, asthma patients in each group no significant difference between ( P > 0. 05 , Table 2). The ratio of neutrophil with mild and severe group, moderate group and normal control group was significantly ( P < 0. 01 ). IL-17 levels and severe group and mild group, moderate group and normal control group was significantly ( P < 0. 05 ). Compared with the control group, IL-8 in the severe group was significantly higher inmild and moderate groups have increasing trend, there was significant differences between each other ( P < 0. 05 ). Conclusion IL-17 and IL-8 may be involved in the formation of airway- inflammation.
