Objective To evaluate the effect of medical self-crosslinked sodium hyaluronic gel on intranasal endoscopic dacryocystorhinostomy by a randomized control clinical trial. Methods 50 cases of chronic dacryocystitis were randomly divived into the experimental group(30 cases ) and control grou(20 cases),respectively. For the experimental group,2ml of medical self-crosslinked sodium hyaluronic gel was injected into the operative cavity and Nasopore was packed into the operative cavity after operation. For the contol group, only Nasopore was packed. Results All chronic dacryocystitis were followed up more than 6 months. The curative rate of the experimental group was 93. 33% . The curative rate of the control group was 65. 00%. There was significant differences between the experimental group and control group(P<0. 05). Conclusion Medical self-crosslinked so-dium hyaluronic gel for intranasal endoscopic dacryocystorhinostomy can promote mucosal healing,prevent adhesion and improve the curative rate.%目的 探讨自交联透明质酸钠凝胶对鼻内镜下鼻腔泪囊造孔术临床疗效果的影响. 方法 选择慢性泪囊炎患者50例,采用随机对照试验法分为试验组30例和对照组20例. 试验组术后术腔注入自交联透明质酸钠凝胶及纳吸绵填塞,对照组术腔仅填塞纳吸绵. 结果 术后半年随访试验组治愈率为93. 33%,对照组治愈率为65. 00%,两组治愈率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0. 05). 结论 鼻腔泪囊造孔术术腔使用自交联透明质酸钠凝胶能促进粘膜上皮化,减少术腔粘连,提高鼻腔泪囊造孔术的治愈率.
