引流管固定装置ELOCK应用于腹腔引流管固定的效果观察

摘要

目的 探讨腹腔引流管的固定方法,以保证腹腔引流管的固定稳妥,提高患者的舒适度. 方法 选择开腹手术放置单侧腹腔引流管的患者89例,采用随机数字表法分为对照组( 43例)和观察组( 46例). 对照组采用缝合固定引流管于皮肤,引流管穿出皮肤处用纱布包扎. 观察组采用缝线联合引流管固定装置ELOCK固定引流管,比较两组的引流管位移、中度以上牵拉痛次数、皮肤不良反应. 结果 观察组患者的引流管位移和中度以上牵拉痛次数均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0. 05),两组患者的皮肤不良反应比较差异无统计学意义(P>0. 05). 结论 采用缝线联合引流管固定装置ELOCK固定腹腔引流管,可防止引流管发生位移,减少引流管引起的牵拉痛,不增加皮肤不良反应.%Objective To explore different fasten methods of abdominal drains,for ensuring the fastened safety,and im-proving patient comfort. Methods 89 patients with unilateral abdominal drains after the laparotomy were randomly divided into the control group(43 patients)and observation group(46 patients). The drainage tubes in the control group were fastened in the skin with suture,The wounds of drainage tube were Covered with gauze bandages. The observation group Was fastened with both su-ture and ELOCK. Then comparison was made between these two groups by displacement of the drainage tubes,frequency of moder-ate to severe referred pain,skin reactions. Results displacements of the drainage tubes and frequency of moderate to severe re-ferred pain in the observation group were lower than the control group ( P <0. 05 ) , The differences of skin reactions of the two groups showed no significance(P>0. 05). Conclusion The application of suture and ELOCK to fastened the abdominal drains lowers displacement of the drainage tubes and frequency of moderate to severe referred pain.
