Objective To investigate the prevalence and risk factors of hypertension in community residents from Jiangy -ang District of Luzhou City and to provide the basis for further work.Methods Theurban residents from 10 townships and 8 streets in Jiangyang District of Luzhou City,who were 18 years of age or older were selected for questionnaire survey,physical examina-tion,and blood biochemical indexes byusing random cluster sampling method.Results A total of 3513 people were investigated, including 974 cases of hypertension(27.73%).Univariate analysis showed that the incidence rate of hypertension in groups of dif -ferent age,education level,diabetes,family history of hypertension,smoking,long-term heavy drinking,edible vegetable oil,ed-ible fruits,salted food,work style,BMI,TC in blood,and the blood content of TG,was different(P<0.05).Logistic regression analysis showed that age,educational level,family history,smoking,long-term heavy drinking,types of edible oil,edible pickled products,type of work,overweight /obesity,high TG in blood were risk factors for hypertension in this region(P<0.05).Con-clusion The incidence rate of hypertension in urban residents from Jiangyang District of Luzhou City is higher.And people with old age,low educational level,family history of hypertension, smoking, long-term heavy drinking, animal oil as the main edible oil,often eating pickled products,mainly sedentary working style,obesity,high TG in blood should be the focus crowd of preven-tion and control of hypertension.%目的 探索泸州市江阳区社区居民高血压的流行情况及其相关危险因素,为进一步开展工作提供依据.方法 采用随机整群抽样的方法,抽取泸州市江阳区10个乡镇、8个街道年龄≥18岁的城镇常住居民作问卷调查、体格检查、血生化指标检测.结果 共调查3513人,患高血压974人(占27.73%).单因素分析显示:不同年龄、文化程度、糖尿病患病情况、高血压家族史、吸烟、长期大量饮酒、植物油食用情况、水果食用情况、腌制品食用情况、工作方式、BMI、血TC含量、血TG含量组高血压患病率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).Logistic回归分析显示,年龄、文化程度、家族史、吸烟、长期大量饮酒、食用油类型、食用腌制品、工作类型、超重/肥胖、高TG血症是本地区高血压病的危险因素(P<0.05).结论 泸州市江阳区城镇居民成人高血压患病率较高,年龄大、文化程度低、有高血压家族史、吸烟、长期大量饮酒、以动物油为主要食用油、常食用腌制品、工作方式以静坐为主、肥胖、高TG血症者应作为重点防治的人群.
