五味子对离体蛙心收缩力的影响及其作用机制的初探

摘要

目的：：研究五味子对离体蛙心收缩力的影响。方法：采用斯氏蛙心插管法，用不同浓度的五味子提取液对离体蛙心进行心脏灌流，检测心肌的收缩力的变化。结果：五味子溶液对离体蛙心的收缩力有抑制作用。结论：五味子可对离体蛙心产生负性肌力作用，其作用机制可能与β-受体有关。%Objective:To study the influence of Schisandra on the contracting force of the isolated frog heart.Methods:The toad heart-intubation method were adopted,the isolated toad hearts were perfused with Schisandra extract at different doses,the contrac-tion force of isolated toad heart were recorded.Results:Schisandra solution had the restraint effect on isolated toad heart.Conclusion:Schisandra produced negative inotropic effects on the isolated toad heart,its mechanism was probably associated withβ-receptor.
