饮酒对营养性肥胖大鼠心肌功能的影响∗

摘要

目的：：研究不同浓度的白酒对大鼠心肌酶以及心肌结构的影响。方法：将50只 SD 大鼠随机分为五组：高脂对照组,20%白酒高脂组,40%白酒高脂组,60%白酒高脂组,空白对照组,每组10只。以高脂饲料喂养建立 SD大鼠营养性肥胖模型,用不同浓度白酒和生理盐水对各组进行灌胃1周,摘眼取血检验血清磷酸肌酸激酶杂化型CK-MB,取其心脏制作切片。结果：20%白酒组,40%白酒组,60%白酒组CK-MB值与高脂对照组、空白对照组CK-MB值比较升高(P<0.05)。高脂白酒组心肌标本出现少量炎细胞浸润,水肿,胞浆聚集,肌丝断裂,横纹消失现象,可判断为梗死前病变。结论：饮酒对营养性肥胖大鼠心肌细胞损伤具有剂量依赖性。%Objective:To study the effects of different concentrations of alcohol on cardiac enzymes and cardiac structure in rats. Methods:Fifty SD rats were randomly divided into five groups:hyperlipidemia rats control group,hyperlipidemia rats group with 20% alcohol intake,hyperlipidemia rats group with 40% alcohol intake,hyperlipidemia rats group with 60% alcohol intake,normal control group.The nutritional obesity rat model was established by feeding high-fat diet.Intragastric administration of different con-centrations of alcohol and saline were performed for each group for 1 week,then blood tests were done to detect CK-MB value by taken out of the eyes,and myocardial histological slices were made and observed.Results:The value of CK-MB increased significantly in hyperlipidemia rats groups with 20%,40%,60% alcohol intake compared with hyperlipidemia rats control group,normal control group(P<0.05).Myocardial slices of alcohol groups showed a small amount of inflammatory cellinfiltration,edema,cytoplasmic ag-gregation,filament breakage and disappearance of transverse striation.These can be considered as preinfarction lesions.Conclusion:This study shows that the effects of alcohol on cardiac pathology inj ury depend on the concentration of alcohol in nutritional obesity rat models.
