县级市水利发展中存在的问题与对策

摘要

基层水利建设对促进我国经济发展与社会稳定具有重要作用。近年来，县级市基层水利建设得到了巨大发展，但其中仍存在一定的不足，需要在发展的过程中进行不断完善。本文通过调研分析某县级市近年来水利工程的建设情况，摸清存在的突出问题及原因，结合工程实践，研究提出解决这些问题的对策，以促进县级市水利事业的发展。%Grass roots water conservancy construction plays an important role in promoting China's economic development and social stability. In recent years, the county grass-roots water conservancy construction has been greatly developed, but there are still some problems, the need for continuous improvement in the process of development. In this paper, through the investigation of a county-level city in recent years, the construction of water conservancy projects, find out the existing problems and the reasons, combined with engineering practice, study and put forward the countermeasures to solve these problems, in order to promote the development of county-level city water conservancy.
