从船旗国监督检查浅谈普通货船营运检验

摘要

在船旗国监督检查中，对于涉及到船舶安全的重大缺陷或重大不符合项，一般对船舶作滞留处理。本文从船舶滞留的原因出发，分析与船舶检验有关的内容，为验船人员在普通货船检验时提供一定的参考。%Generally it produces the detention of ships if there are some serious defects on FSC. This paper discusses something about ship survey according to the reason of detention and gives some suggestions to the surveyor during surveying cargo.
