实施新造船PSPC的应用研究

摘要

通过对IMO《所有类型船舶专用海水压载舱和散货船双舷侧处所保护涂层性能标准》（PSPC）的分析和研究,将PSPC的各项要求细化到各个检验工序,在船舶建造的整个过程中,从生产设计、现场施工、质量管理等各个方面,通过对现场实施的重点、难点进行剖析,达到进一步优化生产流程的目的。%Through analyzing IMO Performance Standard for Protective Coatings of dedicated seawater ballast tanks in all types of ships and double-side skin spaces of bulk carriers （PSPC）,this paper decomposes the requirements of PSPC into each working procedures in the ship production design, site construction and quality management etc. At last, the paper optimizes the construction procedures based on analysis of the key and difficult point in site.
