香港公约对造船厂的影响及分析

摘要

This paper introduces the main contains and requirements of Intemational Convention for the Safe and Environmentally Sound Recycling of Ships, after analysis of the convention, it gives some measures for applying this convention.%针对日益严重的海洋环境污染,国际海事组织（IMO）制定了《2009年香港国际安全与环境无害化拆船公约》。本文概述了该公约及其附则的基本要求,分析和探讨了船厂在船舶设计、建造中为适应公约要求应采取的措施。
