某船DTF-60型舵机卡舵故障分析与解决

摘要

This paper introduces the working principle of DFT-60 type rudder actuator. It is analyzed a case of 39000DWT rudder actuator whose failure accident is mainly from the following points containing main pump supply, main circuit plug and possible mixed gas, remote control system failure and DD motor. The reason of the failure is found and the corresponding countermeasures are put forward. The analysis provides a reference for the future of such failure. It is helpful for improving the daily management of the steering gear to ensure the stability and reliability of steering gear, and to provide a strong guarantee for the safety of the ship.%本文通过介绍某船DTF-60型舵机工作原理，结合某39000DWT散货船发生的舵机卡舵事故，主要从主泵供油、主油路堵塞及可能混有气体、遥控系统失灵和DD马达等方面对舵机出现卡舵故障进行分析，找出出现故障的原因，并提出相应的对策。为以后出现此类故障提供可借鉴的应对办法，有助于完善日常舵机管理，保证舵机设备的稳定可靠运行，为船舶安全提供强有力的保障。
