摘要

Through the interpretation of the arrangement requirements of SOLAS, the paper deeply analyzes the arrangement and installation requirements of the manually operated call points on cargo carriers. The result shows that the high fire risk service space must set up manually operated call points, such as the paint room. By modifying a ship manually operated call points, it provides an important reference for ship design, drawing, ship building and ship test.%通过解读《国际海上人命安全公约》中有关货船手动报警按钮的布置要求，对货船手动报警按钮布置和安装要求进行深入分析。结果显示，在货船上有较大失火危险的服务处所，如油漆间，必须设置手动报警按钮。通过某船手动报警按钮改装的实例应用，给船舶设计、审图、船舶建造和船舶检验提供了重要借鉴价值。
