铝合金船艇制造的要点和工法

摘要

Due to the particularity of construction material of aluminum boat, the equipment and personnel training are different from those for ordinary boat building. Based on the site production experience, the article summarizes special new technologies and processes accumulated from the producing practice, including new engineering methods, equipment selection, operating points, the method of construction operations and site management etc. By highlighting some difficulties encountered during construction and the improvement solution of raising producing efficiency, the article provides a reference for peer learning and exchanging. Hope to promote the new engineering methods for improving efficiency and to shorten the construction period.%铝合金类船艇因制造材料的特殊性，以及在设备配置、人员培训等方面都有别于普通钢质船艇建造。本文根据现场生产施工经验，将生产实践中积累的新工艺、新工法加以总结；从工法运用、设备选型、操作要点、施工作业方法、现场管理等方面，将建造过程中遇到的一些难点及其解决方案和提高工效的具体操作步骤加以整理；以此供生产作业者参考和同行学习交流，以达到推广工法、提高工效，普及工法、缩短建造周期的目的。
