文章以洛阳双瑞金属复合材料有限公司某复合材料产品在一定阶段内的管理活动表现为例,介绍了流程方法在质量管理改进中的实际应用,对流程梳理、再造到流程的监督和控制的全过程进行设计、跟踪和数据记录,阐述了流程梳理和再造是企业实施质量改进的有效途径的观点,并以实际应用为依据,首次提出了点、线、面三个层次的企业流程监控模式,通过由点到线再到面的全方位数据监控方法,提高企业的质量管控能力,为企业持续改进提供事实依据。%The paper takes a kind of product of metal cladding materials which produced by Luo Yang Sunrui Metal Cladding Materials Co., Ltd. as an example to present the practical application of process approach in quality management improvement. The design, track and record work is done on the overall process which about process analysis, re-engineering and monitoring. It expresses an opinion that process analysis and re-engineering is an effective way to improve the business quality management. A new business process monitoring mode is proposed that contains three levels of point, line and plane, which based on practical applications. Through the omni-directional data monitoring method of point-line-plane, the enterprise quality management and control ability is raised. It offers fact foundation for the continuous improvement of enterprise.
