平面分段流水线搬运台车液压系统故障分析及改造

摘要

The paper makes a preliminary analysis of the hydraulic pressure system of the panel line handling trolley. It proposes an improvement program for the handling trolley’s breakdown and optimizes the hydraulic pressure system of the handling trolley. Through testing, the failure rate of handling trolley can be significantly decreased and its production efficiency is improved.%本文对平面分段流水线搬运台车的液压系统进行初步分析，针对搬运台车的故障提出了改进方案，并对搬运台车的液压系统进行了优化。通过测试，搬运台车的故障发生率可大幅降低，提高了设备生产效率。
