Starting with the introduction of a military product and a reforming ship academy who undertook this military product, this paper present different modes and methods of technology and quality between this military product and other existed military products. Then, this paper analyzed the innovative modes and methods of technology and quality based on this military product, summarized the beneficial advantages of the modes and methods, concluded that the modes and methods of technology and quality adapt to the reforming progression of the ship academy. Finally, a suggestion is given that the modes and methods can be applied to other military products of the ship academy.%从介绍某科研单位在转型过程中承担的某型产品人手,阐述了该型产品不同于既有产品的技术质量管理模式,探析了模式的创新点和实施要点,归纳了该模式和方法的有益效果,得出该模式符合该单位改革发展需求的结论.最后,提出了在不同领域加大推广应用的建议.
