The paper simulate the process of the sub-caliber projectile movement in the barrel. By comparing the previous methods, selects the software LS-DYNA wich is more suitable for the dynamic nonlinear process calculation. Based on certain assumptions, the paper establishes a finite element model, simulates the movement of the projectile in the barrel, analyzes the body structural strength of the launching process. By using LS-DYNA simulation of the sub-caliber projectile movement in the barrel,help to design the general plan reasonably designed and to optimize the overall performance index.%仿真计算了某次口径炮弹的膛内运动过程.通过与以往的计算方法相对比,选取了更适合这一动态非线性过程的LS-DYNA软件进行仿真.基于一定的假设,建立了有限元模型,仿真计算了弹丸在炮管内膛的运动,分析了发射过程中弹体的结构强度.通过用LS-DYNA软件仿真分析次口径炮弹在膛内运动,更有助于合理设计总体方案,使导弹总体性能指标达到最优.
