高速列车头车的有限元模型

     

摘要

Through the analysis of the high speed train body structure,using finite element theory to model the high speed train trucks. The establishment of the first frame when the vehicle based on Timoshenko beam theory of the beam element in order to improve the solving efficiency; and to solve the existing conditions can not be hollow aluminum in the problem of modeling using orthogonal anisotropic and equivalent thickness of instead of the flat,which are based on the principles the equivalent thickness of the first vehicle finite element model.%通过分析高速列车头车的车身结构,运用有限元理论对高速列车头车进行建模.建立头车的骨架时采用基于铁木辛柯梁理论的梁单元,以提高求解效率;为解决中空铝型材在现有条件无法建模的问题,采用正交各向异性和等效厚度的平板代替之,从而得到基于等厚度原则的头车有限元模型.
