海洋环境对水下航行安全影响的综合评估

摘要

To evaluate the impact about marine environment on submarine navigational safety effectiveness, contrapose to the characteristics and safety requirements of submarine navigation, evaluate the impact about marine environment factors on submarine navigational safety effectiveness by building membership function with fuzzy mathematical methods. Results are got through model simulation and experiment. According to the evaluating results, analyses the spatial and temporal distribution of the impact about marine environment factors on submarine navigational safety effectiveness.%为评估海洋环境对水下运载器航行安全效能的影响,针对水下航行特点和航行对安全性的要求,采用模糊数学方法构建环境要素对水下航行安全影响的隶属函数,对主要海洋环境要素的航行安全影响效能进行综合评估.通过模型仿真实验,得到影响评估的量化结果,并根据评估结果分析海洋环境要素对水下航行安全影响效能的时空分布特点.
