新型耐辐射摄像机的设计

摘要

通过与传统耐辐射摄像机的比较,揭示了基于新型高清晰度CMOS APS图像传感器技术的耐辐射摄像机所具有的优势.新型摄像机采用新型片上集成器件,借鉴传统耐辐射摄像机的优点,在满足现有技术要求的条件下,在清晰度、数字化、小型化方面进行了有益的改进尝试.%Based on the comparison of the traditional radiation tolerant camera and the new-fashioned CMOS APS radiation tolerant camera,this paper discusses the superiority of new-fashioned camera,it uses the up-to-date on-chip integrated imagers,it uses the virtues of the traditional camera for reference,and in the terms of the technic requirement,this camera has a useful experiment on the definition,digital processing and miniaturization.
