关于FMECA工程实施中几个常见问题的讨论

摘要

故障模式影响及危害性分析(FMECA)是可靠性工程中十分有效的可靠性分析方法,是目前水面舰艇开展最为广泛的可靠性工作之一.本文在前期梳理总体、系统、设备FMECA工作情况的基础上,针对FMECA工程实施中的实施时机、约定层次与故障影响、设计改进与使用补偿措施、采取设计改进措施后的严酷度等级是否改变等几个较普遍存在的问题进行讨论,为产品正确有效地开展FMECA提供参考.%Failure mode effective and criticality analisis (FMECA) is an effective analysis method of the reliability engineering.It is one of the most comprehensive reliability work on surface ship.On the base of research into the FMECA engineering conditions,the article give a discussion about several common problems of FMECA on engineering,including implemental occasion,indenture levels,corrective action in design,compensating provision in operation,and whether the severity can changed after the corrective action in design.It can provide us with reference for actualizing FMECA availably.
