带铜衬套通舱管件的防腐治理

摘要

详细介绍带铜衬套的通舱管件防腐治理过程.在描述腐蚀现象后,充分分析了脱成分腐蚀、缝隙腐蚀、电偶腐蚀等腐蚀机理,得出电偶腐蚀是海水管路通舱管件腐蚀的最重要原因.最后,针对现场修理特点和通舱管件结构,确定了腐蚀治理的施工工艺方法.该方法通过对异种金属的隔离,有效缓解了带铜衬套通舱管件的腐蚀程度.%This paper introduced the anticorrosion treatment process on bulkhead-passing pipe element with coppery lining.After describing the corrosion phenomenon,the corrosion mechanisms are thoroughly analyzed including dealloying corrosion,crevice corrosion and galvanic corrosion which gives the conclusion that galvanic corrosion is the main reason.Finally the anticorrosion methods are conceived according to the field conditions and the structure of the bulkhead-passing pipe element.The method effectively alleviated the corrosion problem by isolation of different kinds of metals.
