角焊缝充气试验在自升式钻井平台上的应用

摘要

Inflating test along fillet seam is commonly used for the cabin advance tightness test in offshore platform , which can decrease the painting area , meet the requirements of PSPC and increase the production efficiency .In light of the application of the inflating test along fillet seam in different stages of the design , construction and test of a jack-up drilling unit, the relevant technical and workmanship requirements are presented .%在海洋平台船体分段建造过程中采用角焊缝充气试验作为密性检查的方法，在很大程度上能够减少分段涂装破坏面积、满足PSPC的要求、提高生产效率。结合角焊缝充气试验在某型自生式钻井平台设计、建造中的应用，给出技术要求和实施步骤。
