For the problems of spanning and fatigue of the submarine pipeline on large slope, the characteristics of the in-line and cross-flow vortex induced vibration ( VIV) are analyzed based on the DNV rules and linear fatigue cumulative damage theory.An example is given to make clear the maximum spanning length and fatigue life of the pipeline in different water depths. The results indicated that the spanning length had a great influence on the fatigue damage of VIV.The design parameters of the pipeline can meet the fatigue requirements and the position of maximum fatigue damage of the pipeline is the bottom of the slope between the pipeline touchdown point.%针对大坡度海底管道的悬跨和疲劳问题,基于DNV规范和线性疲劳累积损伤理论,分析管道顺流向和横向涡激振动的特点,并根据实例计算了大坡度海底管道不同水深处的最大悬跨长度和管道的疲劳寿命。结果表明:悬跨长度越长,管道的涡激振动现象越明显,即跨长对VIV疲劳损伤的影响较大;该管道的设计参数满足疲劳要求,其中大坡度海底管道出现最大疲劳损伤的位置为管道与斜坡底端的触地点处。
