FPSO 单点系泊系统失效数据库的设计与实现

摘要

In order to facilitate the extraction of failure data, a failure database for mooring equipment of floating production storage and offloading ( FPSO) is designed.Through the failure mode and effects analysis ( FMEA) , the database of the basic data requirements is summed up.The conceptual structure model of failure database is established.At the same time, a series of data of the equipment failure mode, failure mechanism and failure cases for FPSO’ s mooring system are collected from the exist-ing domestic and foreign database.%为方便海洋结构物风险评估相关人员对失效数据的提取，设计浮式生产储油装置（ FPSO）系泊设备失效数据库，通过故障模式及影响分析方法（ FMEA）总结该数据库的基本数据需求，建立失效数据库的概念结构模型，并在现有的国内外数据库资料基础上收集FPSO系泊系统设备的失效模式、失效机制及失效案例等一系列数据。
