FPSO 工程信息规范编制中的几个关键问题

摘要

The rapid development of FPSO industry raises higher requirements on the integrity, standardization and consisten-cy for engineering information for FPSO.So that establishing the engineering information specification for FPSO is urgently needed. By referencing the engineering information criterion, combining with the characteristics of FPSO industry and the status of manage-ment, some key problems are discussed about, such as the compatibility of engineering model, the executable of specification, the compatibility of numbering standards with the existing information system, delivery requirements of equipment as-built documenta-tion, and so on.The specification is applied firstly in Haiyang-Shiyou 118 construction projects, gaining phase achievements.%考虑到FPSO产业对工程信息的完整性、规范性和一致性的高要求,参考已有的工程信息规范,结合FPSO产业的特点和管理现状,重点解决工程模型的兼容性、规范的可执行性、编码规则与现有系统的兼容性和设备完工资料移交等关键问题,并在海洋石油118建造项目中首次应用,取得了阶段性的成果.
