海洋钻修机滑靴优化设计

摘要

In recent years, the offshore drilling and workover rig boots often occur serious scratches and eccentric wear.The traditional sliding boots structure has shortcomings such as poor lubrication performance and hard to maintain.The new type of sliding boots is designed by optimizing the original structure, increasing the self-lubricating plate and forced lubrication system to solve the problem of poor lubrication effect and maintenance difficult.The practical application of this new type sliding boots im-proves the operation performance of the offshore drilling and workover rig greatly.%针对近年来海洋钻修机滑靴经常发生严重划痕、偏磨等问题,分析认为传统的滑靴结构存在润滑性能差,维护难度大等缺点,设计开发新型滑靴,对原滑靴结构进行优化,增加了自润滑垫板以及强制润滑机构,解决了滑靴润滑效果差,无法维护的难题. 实际应用表明,该新型滑靴大大提高了海洋钻修机的使用性能.
