Based on the 3D potential flow theory , the mooring analysis in time domain was carried out for HYSY 111 FPSO to get the mooring force in south China sea at different loading quantity and different loading forms .The environmental conditions once in a hundred years were deducted with Weibull distribution function .By comparison of mooring forces , the optimal loading form was selected to take the extreme wind resistance analysis .The maximum resistance of the typhoon level for HYSY 111 FPSO was gotten.%在三维势流理论的基础上,对作业于南海海域的海洋石油111FPSO进行时域内的系泊分析,获得在该海况不同装载量和不同装载方式锚链的系泊力,利用Weibull分布函数推导超百年一遇环境条件,通过对比系泊力大小,选取最恶劣海况下安全系数最大的最优装载形式进行极限抗风能力分析,得到海洋石油111FPSO最大可以抵抗的台风等级。
