螺旋桨表面粗糙度的控制及控制流程

摘要

The mechanism of marine growth and corrosion of propeller in sea water is analyzed .Taking a marine propeller as a sample, the process of propeller installation , surface protection coating and surface roughness re-processing is follow-up investi-gated and tested .A propeller surface roughness control management process and relative suggestions are proposed .%考虑螺旋桨长期在海水中静态附着腐蚀机理，以某船螺旋桨为样本，对螺旋桨装机、涂防护膜、防护效果采样及表面再处理等现象进行跟踪调查和试验分析，提出一种船厂控制螺旋桨粗糙度的管理流程以及相关建议。
