泥浆质量浓度对挖泥船泥泵工况的影响

         

摘要

针对疏浚作业中由于泥泵剧烈振动引起蜗壳变形和噪声的问题,以某型绞吸挖泥船上的泥泵为研究对象,利用Pro/E软件建立泥泵的三维模型,采用有限元法进行仿真分析,结果表明,泥泵的最大应力位于靠近隔舌的叶轮出口壁面处,泥泵振动与泥浆质量浓度有关,振幅变化与振动阶次有关。%For the problem of the pump volute appears deformed and noise problems caused by strong vibration when dred -ging, taking a mud pump of certain dredger as the research object .The Pro/E software is used to establish the three-dimensional model of mud pump .The finite element method is adopted to analyze the strength and vibration characteristics of the mud pump . The results show that the position of highest stress is located in the wall of near impeller outlet ;the vibration of mud pump is re-lated to the mud concentration , and the amplitude changes is connect with the vibration order .
