基于触摸屏和 PLC 技术的内河船舶生活灰水处理控制系统开发

         

摘要

针对现有船舶生活污水处理装置重黑水处理轻灰水处理,且设备成本高、占据空间大及自动化程度低等问题,设计和开发内河船舶生活灰水处理装置,基于PLC和触摸屏技术设计控制系统,系统仿真运行结果表明,该系统操作简单、控制可靠且成本低廉,符合内河船舶设备控制规范要求。%The existing ship domestic sewage treatment device has the following problems:emphasizing on black water rather than gray water treatment , high equipment costs , occupying large space , low degree of automation and so on .In order to solve these problems , the domestic gray water treatment device for the inland ship is developed .Its control system is designed based on PLC and touch screen technology .The simulation results show that the system has advantages of simple operation , reliable control and low cost , which can conform to the inland ship equipment control specifications .
