腐蚀海底管道剩余强度分析

摘要

The rules of DNV -RP -F101 and ASME -B31G -2009 are adopted respectively to calculate the residual strength of corroded pipeline at several corrosion locations .According to the elastoplastic mechanics theory , the residual strength of pipeline corrosion is calculated again by FEM in ABAQUS , taking into account the effect of pipe and soil coupling .Compara-tive analysis of the difference of two results shows that results of the specification are more conservative then FEM results .%采用挪威船级社规范和美国工程师协会规范对管道各腐蚀点的剩余强度进行计算,结合弹塑性力学的相关理论,在考虑管道及土壤耦合的基础上采用ABAQUS有限元软件,再次计算管道腐蚀的剩余强度. 对比分析两种方法计算结果的差异,认为规范计算比有限元方法更保守.
