南通航母公园涉水工程方案通航风险分析

摘要

为保障南通航母公园涉水工程顺利实施,根据长江口特定的水文、气象,及通航环境特点,论证"明斯克"航母系泊港池、临时通道及围堤工程的可行性,分析涉水工程施工及拖带航母进港的通航风险,提出相应对策及通航安全保障措施.%According to the specific characteristics of hydrology, meteorology and the navigable environment, the feasibility of the harbor basin, temporary channel and dike for "Minsk" aircraft carrier was demonstrated, the main navigation risks were analyzed, including wading construction and towing "Minsk" aircraft carrier entering the harbor.The relevant suggestions and navigation safety guarantee measures were put forward accordingly.
