基于谷歌地球的船舶动态监控系统的研究与开发

         

摘要

针对传统的船舶动态监控系统开发周期长、成本高的问题,提出一种基于谷歌地球(Google Earth)的开发方法.分析Google Earth应用程序开发接口,定义船舶动态数据结构;采用KML技术,提出标绘船位和航向的新方法;通过新的动态数据加载方法,解决海上动态物标实时显示的问题;给出屏幕坐标到地理坐标的转换公式和流程,为实现信息查询提供理论基础.采用这种技术对成山角水域以及营口港的船舶进行监控,验证了方法的可行性和有效性.%Aiming at the problem of long period and high cost of development for traditional ship dynamic monitoring system, a new method based on Google Earth was proposed.The Google Earth application programming interface was analyzed, and a data structure of ship' dynamic information was defined.A kind of KML file structure of vessels was designed for plotting position and course of ship.The real-time display for vessels was solved by using a new dynamic data loading method.A conversion formula and flow diagram from screen coordinate to geographic coordinate was presented, providing a theoretical basis for the information query function.Using these technologies to monitor Chengshanjiao waters and related ship port, the feasibility and effectiveness of these methods was verified.
