2种阀门遥控水基液压液性能的试验

         

摘要

考虑到船舶液压油具有可燃性,为了降低船舶特定场合液压系统的风险,试验分析采用水基液压液的可行性,探讨长液压管路的压力损失、液压控制延时、液压液与系统的相容性、高温环境的适应性等技术问题,结果表明,控制好系统的防锈蚀和导电性能,阀门遥控系统介质选型范围可从油基扩大到水基.%Hydraulic oil is combustible.In order to decrease the risk of hydraulic system in dangerous shipping environment,the feasibility of using fire-resistant hydraulic fluid in the shipping hydrauhc system was studied by experiments which focus on the pressure loss of long hydraulic pipe,the delay of hydraulic control,the compatibility of hydraulic fluid and system,and the adaptability of high temperature environment.The test can provide technical support to designing shipping hydraulic system with fire-resistant hydraulic fluid.
