某海上养殖工船的制冷系统设计

摘要

为回收利用制冷系统中的冷量,实现船舶的节能减排,以海上养殖工船为目标船,采用制冷机组和板式热交换器组合设计,根据板式热交换器的进出口的温差分析制冷机组的制冷量、板式热交换器的换热量及面积.结果表明,在制冷机组前加板式热交换器,可实现节能,降低营运成本.%In order to recycle the cooling capacity of refrigeration system for energy-saving and emission reduction of the ship, a scheme of combining the refrigeration units with the plate cooler was designed for the feeding vessel.The cooling capacity of refrigeration units, heat transfer of the plate cooler and cooling plate area were analyzed by the cold plate temperature difference between imports and exports for the refrigeration units.The results showed that by equipping the cold plate in front of refrigeration units can save energy effect and reduce operating costs.
