我国中小型船舶CO2排放实际情况及排放标准的适用性分析

摘要

Through data sorting and field survey, the tonnage distribution and fuel consumption level of small-medium-sized ships were analyzed, as well as the influence of small-medium-sized ships' energy efficiency level in our country.By sample calculation method, the CO2 emission level in different tonnages, and the sample dispersion degree were studied.It was conclude that there is a large gap between the actual emissions of small-medium-sized ships with the CO2 emission limit, so the calculation method should be adjusted, or the limit standard for small-medium-sized ships should be reduced.%结合各省上报及实地调研统计数据,对全国中小型船舶吨位分布及油耗水平、中小型船舶能效状况对于我国整体船舶能效水平的影响进行分析,并通过实船样本数据计算分析不同吨级船舶CO2排放水平、样本离散程度.结果表明,目前我国中小型船舶实际排放情况与CO2排放限值要求差距较大,建议对相关计算方法进行调整,或针对中小型船舶进行限值折减.
