海洋平台物体坠落安全分析

             

摘要

Aiming at the assessment methods of dropped object for offshore platform, the analytical method, non-linear static analysis method and non-linear dynamic method were researched respectively.An engineering assessment process of dropped object for offshore platform was set forth, which can fulfill the design requirements varying from quickly assessment to detailed assessment.A finite element model was established to carry out non-linear static/ dynamic analysis of the drill floor and drill collar.External load versus maximum deformation curve, stress/strain contours, rapture location, energy curves and velocity curves were obtained.%为保证海洋平台钻杆坠落对钻台撞击后的结构安全性能,对钻杆坠落撞击钻台过程分别进行经验公式计算、非线性静力分析和非线性动力分析,对比3种评估方法的特点,制定适用于实际工程的平台物体坠落安全分析流程,满足从快速评估到精细化计算的设计需求.对平台物体坠落进行非线性数值仿真计算,得到与外载荷对应的最大变形,结构应力、应变集中分布,材料破断位置,能量转换及速度随时间的变化规律.
