Aiming at safety running of the chemical tanker carrying with Propylene Oxide, the physical property and chemi-cal property of Propylene Oxide were researched.Combining with the related requirement of rules/regulations and the experience of chemical tanker design, the special system design to carry the Propylene Oxide was analyzed from the following aspects, cargo tank location and pressure, cooling system, water-spray system, containment system, valve control at the manifold, etc.%针对化学品船载运环氧丙烷安全营运的问题,通过对环氧丙烷的物理化学性质进行研究,并结合相关规范规则的要求和实船设计经验,从液货舱的布置和压力设计、冷却系统、水雾系统、货舱周围环境控制及装卸货集管处阀门控制等方面,分析化学品船载运环氧丙烷时系统的特殊性.
