面向维修的可拆卸性设计评价模型及方法

摘要

文章分析和给出了可拆卸性的设计指标，在此基础上，利用有向网络图建立了可拆卸性设计的评价模型，计算出了可拆卸性设计因素的关联度矩阵并提出了可拆卸性评价方法。该方法综合考虑了影响可拆卸性的指标及其相互关系。最后以打印机的墨盒为例进行了验证。%This paper analyses and states the index of disassemblability design. Based on it, an evaluation digraph is defined. The correlative matrix of on disassembling design is calculated and the disassembling evaluation is put forward. This method can be used to quantitatively evaluate the disassemblability of a system by taking consideration of all factors and their interrelations. Finally, the print cartridge is exemplified to show the evaluation on disassembling.
