舰船动力装置数字化设计研究

             

摘要

Based on the analysis of the problems in the traditional design process of the marine power plant and the development of the digital shipbuilding technology both here and abroad,research on digital design of the marine power plant was proposed in the paper.Firstly,the architecture of the digital design system of the marine power plant was studied which include supporting platform,the integrated management environment,the virtual prototyping and simulation environment,the collaborative design software and the web portal and other module.Furthermore,the related key technology which include the hardware support platform technology,the modern design tool/platform technology,the supporting platform for the digital design system,the development of the collaborative design software and the standards and the criterion for the digital design system were studied.In general,the research in the paper would provide instruction in system hierarchy for the digitalization of the design of the marine power plant,which could be used as a reference for the development of the digital shipbuilding technology.%针对传统舰船动力装置设计中存在的问题,文章在充分研究当前国内外数字化造船技术发展现状的基础上,提出开展舰船动力装置数字化设计研究,研究构建了舰船动力装置数字化设计系统的体系结构,主要包括底层平台、集成管理环境、虚拟样机及仿真支持环境、协同设计软件支持环境及Web门户等模块,并对系统所涉及的硬件支撑平台技术、现代设计工具/平台支持技术、数字化设计系统支撑环境的研制、协同设计/应用软件平台的研究与开发、数字化设计标准和规范等关键技术进行了深入研究。通过该文的研究,将从系统层次上为舰船动力装置设计的数字化提供指导,同时也能为数字化造船技术的发展提供参考。
