基于改进DEA模型的导弹部队火力指挥决策有效性评估

摘要

构建了与导弹联合火力打击特点相适应的评估指标体系，对基本DEA模型-C^2R模型进行了改进，建立了有界DEA模型，通过一个实例对导弹部队火力指挥决策有效性进行了评估，得到了评估结果，最后对结果进行了简要分析。%Constructed the evaluation index system adapt to the characteristics of the missile joint firepower strike, build the bounded DEA model by improving the basic DEA model, evaluated the effectiveness of firepower command decision-making for missile unit through an example, obtained and analyzed the result.
