基于AHP—FCE的复杂电磁环境下炮兵群通信能力评估

Aim at the urgent need of the troops correspondence ability valuation, put forward the usage valuation the model AHP - FCE, use the model to value the ability of artillery-communication on the complicated electromagnetism environment. And combine the example, evaluation of communication capabilities of artillery army in complex electromagnetism environment. It is important in raising corre- spondence ability construction of the army.%针对部队通信能力评估的迫切需求，提出了使用AHP-FCE评估模型进行复杂电磁环境下炮兵群通信能力评估的思路，并结合实例，对复杂电磁环境下的炮兵群通信能力进行了评估，对研究提高部队通信能力建设具有一定的参考价值。
