由于地质发射机采用双极性矩形电流脉冲,其电流下降沿特性直接影响发射机的性能,为改善发射机输出电流脉冲下降沿特性,提出一种恒压钳位快速关断电路拓扑。建立了电路参数优化模型,运用Saber对电路进行了计算和仿真分析。仿真与实验结果表明,该设计电路降低了关断电流下降时间,提高了下降沿线性度。%Geology transmitter adopts bipolar rectangular current pulse ,so current falling‐edge directly affects trans‐mitter performance .In order to improve the characteristic of the falling‐edge linearity of the transmitting system ,this paper proposes a voltage stabilized clamping and fast turn‐off topology ,and establishes a circuit parameter optimization model .Sa‐ber is used to conduct simulation and calculation analysis for a circuit .Simulation and test result verify that this circuit could reduce the turn‐off delay time ,improve the falling‐edge linearity .
