This paper establishes the evaluation index system by analyzing the effectiveness evaluation index of digitized artillery command and control in border counter combat .Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to establish the ef‐fectiveness evaluation model of digitized artillery’s command and control in border counter combat ,then an example is given to evaluate the effectiveness .%对边境反击作战数字化炮兵指挥控制效能评估指标进行分析，建立评估指标体系，利用模糊综合评判的方法建立边境反击作战炮兵指挥控制效能的评估模型并进行实例评估。
