阅读疗愈缓解小学生厌学情绪的实践

     

摘要

虹桥心理实验室2017年暑期选择了16名10—12岁具有厌学情绪的小学生为阅读疗愈实验对象.基于对孩子们厌学情绪成因的分析,提出以阅读治疗为主,辅以体育运动、音乐理疗、心理咨询、文艺活动、游学等方式,形成立体化疗愈方案.经过培育阶段、适应阶段、强化阶段的递进式阅读疗愈过程后,孩子们逐步缓解厌学情绪,树立起积极向上的学习风貌.通过本次实践活动,获取了阅读疗愈施治过程的宝贵经验,可以为其他学者研究本课题作参考资料.%Hongqiao Mental Laboratory, in the summer of 2017, selected 16 primary school students of 10 to 12 years old. Based on the analysis of the causes of children 's weariness, the author puts forward the three - dimensional healing program based on reading therapy, supplemented by sports, music therapy, psychological counseling, literature and art activities and so on. After the progressive reading healing process through cultivation stage, the adaptation stage and the progressive stage, the children gradually relieve weariness, and establish a positive learning style. Through this practice, we have gained valuable experience in the process of reading therapy, and other scholars can study the subject.
